Bylaws

1. Members are required to participate in the meetings and are encouraged to bring guests to the luncheon meetings. Each Guest is allowed one free visit at which time they will be given a membership packet. Guests are not allowed to leave their business materials or cards at the information table until they have turned in their membership packets with a check.

2. Only one member is allowed per industry group. The existing member has the option of stating that there is a conflict with a new guest and that would bar that person from becoming a member. In case of a dispute the board has the final say as to whether it is a conflict or not.

3. Membership dues will be handed out quarterly and are due by the end of that month. We will no longer accept monthly payments. Quarterly statements will be hand delivered at the first meeting of each Quarter. Jan, Apr, July and Oct. The payments need to be in by Jan 31, Apr 30, July 31 and Oct 31. You will only receive 1 statement. Payments can be handed in at the meetings or sent to Cheryl Kreklow at 8629 Thunder Mountain Dr Boise Id 83709.

If you fail to make your payments, your name will be taken off the web site, your business cards and materials will be removed from the meetings and your slot will be opened up to another person from that business group. No refunds on unused payments.

4. Please be courteous to the group and turn your cell phone off or to vibrate during the meetings.

5. Please respect the speakers and keep conversation and comments to a minimum. You know the drill from 1st grade.
